Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Real Estate, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 added 0.47%.

The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb), which rose 1.91% or 12.0 points to trade at 640.4 at the close. Meanwhile, Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK) added 1.42% or 4.8 points to end at 344.0 and ISS A/S (CO:ISS) was up 1.40% or 3.10 points to 224.50 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb), which fell 2.75% or 252 points to trade at 8910 at the close. AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) declined 1.97% or 170 points to end at 8440 and DSV (CO:DSV) was down 1.39% or 7.4 points to 523.6.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 76 to 40 and 16 ended unchanged.

Shares in Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb) rose to 5-year highs; up 1.91% or 12.0 to 640.4. Shares in AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) fell to 52-week lows; losing 2.75% or 252 to 8910. Shares in AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) fell to 52-week lows; falling 1.97% or 170 to 8440.

Crude oil for August delivery was up 4.61% or 3.02 to $68.56 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August rose 2.53% or 1.85 to hit $74.90 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.04% or 0.50 to trade at $1271.00 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.39% to 6.3973, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4531.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.28% at 94.28.
